The Ninety-Second MARCH Card
When an anxious thought shows up, you don't squash it. You march it out.
Print this page and put it on the refrigerator — press Ctrl‑P on a PC or Cmd‑P on a Mac. Copy it freely for your class, your group or your family.
M — Mark it.
What is the thought? Write it down exactly the way it said it.

_______________________________________________________________
"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." (Proverbs 4:23)
A — Ask: is it true?
Not "does it feel true." Is it true? Always? For everyone? Would I say it to a friend?
_______________________________________________________________
_______________________________________________________________
"You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." (John 8:32)
R — Recall God's truth.
What does God say instead? Write the verse where the lie was standing.

_______________________________________________________________
"I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you." (Psalm 119:11)
C — Capture the thought.
Say it out loud: "I am taking this thought captive and handing it to Jesus."
☐ I said it out loud.
"We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." (2 Corinthians 10:5)
H — Head it out!
Now get up and go do the next thing. What is it?
_______________________________________________________________
"Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." (James 4:7)
Mark it, ask it, recall what's true —
Capture the thought, and head it on through!
When MARCH is not enough
MARCH is a tool, not a treatment. If anxiety is stealing sleep, school, or appetite for weeks at a time — in a child or in you — that is a call to a doctor or a counselor, not a card on the refrigerator. Asking for help is not a failure of faith. It is one of the ways God provides.
